God cares so deeply for lost people that He came in Jesus, to “seek and to save that which was lost (Luke 19:10)”. Lost people, those outside the family of God matter to God, and they should matter to us. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life (John3:16).
